The 35 lawyers of Prager Dreifuss are acting for both local and international clients ranging from small / medium-sized to large companies from all business sectors. A number of private individuals seek our advice, too. Our work focuses on Swiss and international business law issues.

We both act as counsel for our clients and we manage and coordinate a transaction proposed by a client, as the case may be. We regularly represent our clients in large and complex law suits and also protect their interests vis-a-vis the government. Some of our lawyers act as arbitrator or counsel in arbitration or deliver expert opinions.
