Alexander Flink is a member of the M&A team of Prager Dreifuss. His main practice areas are corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions, including financial and real estate transactions. He works for both Swiss and foreign corporate clients. Alexander is also a member of the practice group “Litigation & Arbitration”.
