Andreas Moll specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, takeovers and private equity both on a domestic and international level. In addition, he regularly acts as general corporate counsel, sometimes also as director, of Swiss entities. Lately, a significant part of his practice involved debt restructurings and insolvency law. Andreas is a member of the practice group “Corporate and M&A”.
