Christoph Graber is member of the management committee and head of Prager Dreifuss’ insurance and reinsurance team. He is advising domestic and foreign insurers and reinsurers on contentious and non-contentious matters, and represents them in litigation in Switzerland or in international arbitration proceedings. Christoph has vast experience in the field of banking and financial services (PI and fidelity bonds), D&O, product liability, aviation and maritime insurance. He is listed in the Legal Media Group Guide to the World’s Leading Insurance and Reinsurance Lawyers, and in the International Who’s Who of Business Lawyers, and is a vice-chair of the Insurance Committee of the International Bar Association. Christoph is also a member of the practice group “Litigation & Arbitration”.
