Christoph Tagmann is a partner in Prager Dreifuss’ competition and regulatory team. He advises domestic and international clients in various sectors in cartel procedures and merger filings. He further advises clients in regulatory matters in connection with corporate transactions and their conduct of business in Switzerland. Christoph Tagmann is also experienced in health care and pharmaceutical law. Before joining Prager Dreifuss, Christoph has worked for an international law firm and for many years with the Swiss Competition Authorities, first in the health care sector, then as Head legal. He is author of numerous competition law related publications.
