Gaudenz F. Domenig is head of Prager Dreifuss’ litigation and arbitration group. He is representing domestic and foreign clients before Swiss courts or national and international arbitration tribunals. Gaudenz has significant experience in all types of commercial litigation, including directors’ and officers’ liability claims, auditors’ liability claims, international legal assistance, all types of bankruptcy related litigation, etc. Gaudenz also has litigation experience in both State and Federal Courts of New York. Gaudenz has significant experience in M&A transactions and as an advisor and board member to companies of various backgrounds, including financial services, the construction industry, health related services, food retailing etc. Gaudenz is listed in the Legal Media Group Guides to the World’s Leading Litigation Lawyers and as a “Leading Individual” in the Dispute Resolution section of Chambers Europe’s Leading Lawyers for Business.
