Martin Laube is a member of Prager Dreifuss’ tax team. He advises corporate and private clients on national and international tax matters, focussing on cross-border tax planning, tax optimized restructurings and mergers and acquisitions. Martin is also a member of the practice group “Corporate and M&A”.

Before joining Prager Dreifuss, Martin worked for several years as a tax consultant with the corporate tax department of a Big Four advisory firm in Zurich and as a manager with the tax department of a multinational company at its headquarters in Zurich.
