Matthias Bürge is a member of Prager Dreifuss’ “Corporate and M&A” practice group. His practice focuses on all types of domestic and international transactions (such as mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, spin-offs, LBOs and MBOs). He also advises clients with respect to financing of such transactions, be it on the side of the financing banks or on the borrower’s side. Matthias has vast experience in the fields of corporate law, contract law and insolvency law. In these fields, he also represents clients in court or before administrative authorities.
