Olivier Weber Tax Counsel

Olivier Weber is the head of Prager Dreifuss’ tax team. He advises corporate and private clients in national and international tax law, focussing on tax structuring, tax optimization, negotiations and litigation with the various tax administrations in Switzerland. Olivier has vast experience in the field of individual and corporate taxation including VAT, with an emphasis on corporate transactions, financing and succession planning. He is president of the Federal Exam Commission of Certified Chartered Tax Experts and lecturer for international tax at the University of Applied Science Northwestern Switzerland. Olivier worked several years with Big Four advisory firms in Zurich and Lausanne, for a major law firm in Zurich and Basel and for an international Bank in Geneva, Zurich and Basel. He is also a member of the practice groups “Corporate and M&A” and “Private Clients”.
