Forensic practice has a long tradition at our firm. We represent our clients in court (including the Swiss Federal Supreme Court) and before administrative authorities. In debt collection and bankruptcy cases, our lawyers will apply their experience as representatives or as private administrators and receivers. International arbitration has been a building stone of the firm since it was founded. A number of our lawyers are regularly appointed arbitrators in institutional and ad-hoc arbitration tribunals. We also regularly represent clients before arbitration tribunals or in ADR proceedings.
