Our competition law practitioners advise clients on competition and merger control law as well as unfair competition law issues. We further review and structure domestic and international distribution agreements and represent clients in their dealings with the Swiss Competition Commission. Our competition lawyers often co-operate and consult with their colleagues in the Media and IT practice group in regulatory matters.

An additional asset in the competition law practice is our Brussels office with close contacts to the EC authorities.
