Litigation and Arbitration

At Prager Dreifuss, we represent our clients in the cantonal courts and before the Swiss Federal Supreme Court, before public authorities and in domestic as well as international arbitral tribunals. Further, we have considerable experience in insolvency matters, acting both as counsel to creditors and as administrator or trustee in bankcruptcy or debt restructuring proceedings.

In addition to acting as counsel, some of our lawyers are regularly appointed as arbitrators of ad hoc, ICC, Swiss Chamber of Commerce or other institutional tribunals. We also offer services in the field of alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
