Dr. Michael Mosimann

Michael Mosimann practices in the areas of M&A, contract law as well as commercial and corporate law and is the head of Prager Dreifuss Ltd.‘s Venture-Team. He has extensive experience in advising national and international investors in venture capital financing and private M&A transactions. Since he also frequently advises start-ups and their founders, he knows both sides of the investment process and is therefore uniquely placed to conduct it in a very efficient manner. He supports his clients throughout the entire investment process and advises them during the holding period, at the exit and beyond. His particular interests are Social Responsible Investments (SRI) focussing especially on impact investments, the topic also of his PhD thesis.
In addition, he is an expert on regulatory and corporate legal matters pertaining to block-chain technology. He advises founders of crypto currency companies in all legal matters and assists them with the planning, preparation and execution of their private and public token offering (so-called Initial Coin Offering or ICO). He is a regular speaker in his practice areas.
