Dr. Roland Böhi joins Prager Dreifuss as partner

Roland Böhi’s practice focuses on all aspects of tax law. His long-standing expertise includes M&A, private equity, corporate financing, real estate, national and cross-border corporate tax advice and tax planning for private clients (incl. family offices). He advises a broad range of corporate clients from various industry sectors as well as private clients. A further area of focus of Roland Böhi is corporate and commercial law. In 2001, Roland Böhi graduated from the law faculty at the University of Zurich from which he received a doctorate in tax law in 2014. He was admitted to the bar in 2003, and in 2006 he obtained the diploma as Certified Tax Expert. Prior to joining Prager Dreifuss Ltd., Roland Böhi practiced as a tax partner at EY Zurich. He regularly publishes in his area of practice.
