Bernhard C. Lauterburg
Bernhard Lauterburg is an experienced antitrust lawyer. He supports his clients through antitrust investigations, represents companies which have been harmed by violations of competition law or are faced with claims for damages in the public courts and advises them in contract drafting and antitrust compliance. In addition, Bernhard Lauterburg engages in arbitration – mainly in the area of technical plant and equipment – and in procurement matters. He also has in-depth expertise in the World Trade Organization, investment protection and state aid.
