Marcel Frey regularly advises clients in international judicial assistance proceedings and the recovery of illegally acquired assets. In addition, he specializes in the enforcement of Swiss and international decisions in Switzerland.

Christian Schönfeld
Counsel
Dr Christian Schönfeld focuses on corporate and commercial law as well as the law of banking and capital markets and associated regulatory issues. Within these areas he has particular experience in collective investment law and Fintech (ICOs, tokenization etc.). He also advises on data protection matters and is a member of the Startup Desk. Before joining Prager Dreifuss as a lawyer, he worked as a research assistant for Prof. Dr. Urs Bertschinger at the University of St. Gallen.
