Marcel Frey is a member of the Dispute Resolution and Private Clients Teams. He represents Swiss and foreign clients in court and arbitration proceedings. He also advises private individuals with enforcing civil claims in complex cases of white collar crime. Marcel Frey regularly advises clients in international judicial assistance proceedings and the recovery of illegally acquired assets. In addition, he specializes in the enforcement of Swiss and international decisions in Switzerland.
Marcel Frey is an excellent listener with a quick grasp, risk-aware and extremely meticulous analytically. Thus, he quickly conveys consensus and solutions to his clients. Mark Meili

Mark Meili advises companies in company and contract law matters, focusing mainly on corporate finance and bankruptcy proceedings. From 2017 to 2018, Mark Meili was seconded to an alternative investment fund in London which specialized in distressed debt.
On the one hand, he is highly qualified and very sharp, but he is also a good listener. It is Mark Meili's positive attitude, consistency and loyalty that make him a pleasant partner even in long and intensive cases.
Christian Schönfeld

Dr Christian Schönfeld focuses on corporate and commercial law as well as the law of banking and capital markets and associated regulatory issues. Within these areas he has particular experience in collective investment law and Fintech (ICOs, tokenization etc.). He also advises on data protection matters and is a member of the Startup Desk. Before joining Prager Dreifuss as a lawyer, he worked as a research assistant for Prof. Dr. Urs Bertschinger at the University of St. Gallen.

Dr Andrea Stäubli is a member of the Dispute Resolution and Insurance & Reinsurance Teams. She advises and represents Swiss and foreign clients in litigation and enforcement proceedings and works on Swiss and international insurance cases. Andrea Stäubli wrote her award-winning doctoral thesis on insurance law and also authors publications on this topic.
