Dr Andreas Moll is a partner and member of the Corporate & M&A Team, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and corporate matters. He advises business clients on all types of Swiss and cross-border transactions and regularly acts as a board member of multinational companies’ Swiss subsidiaries. Andreas Moll also works in the fields of energy and infrastructure and offers consultancy and dispute resolution services.
