Switzerland’s Cartel Act reform: new era for competition law and private enforcement

In addition to amendments concerning merger control and the assessment of anti-competitive agreements, the revision brings important changes to civil antitrust litigation, such as an expansion of legal standing and the interruption of the statute of limitations during COMCO investigations.
