Dr Mike Abegg is a member of the Dispute Resolution Team and the Insurance and Reinsurance Team. He advises and represents Swiss and foreign clients in court and enforcement proceedings and deals with national and international insurance cases.
Mohamed Hasnaoui
Associate
Mohamed Hasnaoui is a member of the Dispute Resolution Team. He advises and represents domestic and foreign clients in civil and commercial litigation before Swiss courts, arbitration tribunals and authorities. He further focuses on domestic and cross-border debt collection and bankruptcy matters. He also advises start-ups and young entrepreneurs on contractual and corporate matters, including data protection and trademark law. In addition, he has extensive experience and practical knowledge in capital markets law and compliance.
Martin Heisch
Associate
Dr Martin Heisch is a member of the Dispute Resolution Team. He advises and represents domestic and foreign clients in civil and commercial litigation before Swiss courts, arbitral tribunals and authorities. He further focuses on national and cross-border insolvency and enforcement matters, including asset recovery. Martin Heisch also advises clients on contractual and commercial matters, particularly in the area of sanctions and compliance.
Raphael Märki
Associate
Dr. Raphael Märki is a member of the Dispute Resolution and Insurance & Reinsurance teams. He advises and represents domestic and foreign clients in national and international matters before state courts and arbitration tribunals. His practice focuses on liability and insurance law as well as contract law. He is also a lecturer in private law at the University of Bern.
Rahel A. Nedi

Dr Rahel Nedi deals with Labour Law, Data Protection and Dispute Resolution. She is also a member of the Start-up Desk. She advises a national and international clientele, private individuals and companies. In addition, she is a lecturer at the University of Zurich and edits articles for the Swiss Journal of Employment Law (ARV/DTA).
Anik S. Zehnder

Anik S. Zehnder has been a lawyer at Prager Dreifuss since 2022. She advises national and international companies on contractual, corporate, debt enforcement and bankruptcy matters. Before that, Anik S. Zehnder gained experience in a pharmaceutical company as part of the Law and Compliance team, at the Zurich District Court and in a renowned, internationally oriented commercial law firm in Zurich Seefeld.
