Laura Berinde is a member of the Insolvency and Restructuring team at Prager Dreifuss. She advises national and international clients on contractual, corporate, as well as debt enforcement and bankruptcy matters. In addition, Laura Berinde acquired in-depth knowledge of Swiss and European Competition and Antitrust law at a major Zurich commercial law firm. Laura Berinde practiced law in Germany, focusing on dispute resolution at a major international law firm in Munich. While completing her MLaw degree in Bern, Laura Berinde gained legal experience with a lawyer specializing in medical law.
