Dr. Raphael Märki is a member of the Dispute Resolution and Insurance & Reinsurance teams. He advises and represents domestic and foreign clients in national and international matters before state courts and arbitration tribunals. His practice focuses on liability and insurance law as well as contract law. He is also a lecturer in private law at the University of Bern.
